Board of Trustees Meetings are held the second Monday of each month at 6:00 pm. Meetings are held at the Deerfield Town Hall and the public are welcome to attend.
A second monthly Board of Trustees Meeting will be held the fourth Monday of the month on an as-needed basis. Need is determined at the first monthly meeting. These meeting will be held at the Deerfield Town Hall at 6:00 pm.
