Board of Trustees Meetings are held the second Monday of each month at 6:00 pm. Meetings are held at the Deerfield Town Hall and the public are welcome to attend.
A second monthly Board of Trustees Meeting will be held the fourth Monday of the month on an as-needed basis. Need is determined at the first monthly meeting. These meeting will be held at the Deerfield Town Hall at 6:00 pm.

There will be a special meeting Friday, August 29th regarding the purchase of Fire Department equipment. The meeting will be at the Deerfield Town Hall at 9:00 am. The public is welcome to attend.
There will be a public hearing at the regularly scheduled Deerfield Board of Trustees Meeting September 8th, 2025 at 6:00 pm regarding a Deerfield Fire Department personnel matter. This meeting is open to the public.
