Invitation to Submit Bids
Sealed Bids marked “Deerfield Township Historic Gazebo Reconstruction Project” will be received at the Deerfield Township Hall, located at 1450 ST RT 14, Deerfield, Ohio 44411 on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays between the hours of 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm until August 14, 2026. Bids must be submitted no later than 5:00 pm August 14, 2026.
Bid packages may be picked up at the Deerfield Township Hall Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays between the hours of 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm or on the official Deerfield Township
The successful bidder shall complete all work for the project no later than 90 calendar days after the day the bid is awarded, unless an extension is granted by the Board of Township Trustees.
Bids will be publicly opened on August 15, 2026 at 9:00 am during a special public meeting of the Deerfield Township Board of Trustees at 1540 ST RT 14, Deerfield, Ohio 44411.
