CALL TO ORDER
●Tiffany Havens called the Special meeting to order at 9:01 am. Bypassing the Pledge of Allegiance.
COMMUNICATIONS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
●The purpose of the special meeting was for the trustees to vote on a resolution of
proceeding for the fire renewal levy (1.75 MILL PLUS 1 Mill), Resolution 26-11. Resolution of
Necessity 26-10 was previously passed at the trustee meeting on July 13th, and this
meeting was held in connection to that resolution in order to get the fire levy on the
ballot.
●Vaughn made the motion to proceed with Resolution 26-11, and Laura seconded the
motion. The motion passed unanimously.
Tiffany made a motion at 9:07 AM to adjourn the meeting, which was seconded by
Vaughn and passed unanimousADJOURNMENT
Tiffany made a motion to adjourn, which was seconded, and passed.
