Board of Trustees Meetings are held the second Monday of each month at 6:00 pm. Meetings are held at the Deerfield Town Hall and the public are welcome to attend.
A second monthly Board of Trustees Meeting will be held the fourth Monday of the month on an as-needed basis. Need is determined at the first monthly meeting. These meeting will be held at the Deerfield Town Hall at 6:00 pm.

State Representative Heidi Workman will be speaking about property taxes at our regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Trustees Monday, November 10th at 6pm, Deerfield Town Hall. The meeting is open to the public and residents are encouraged to attend.
