Board of Trustees Meetings are held the second Monday of each month at 6:00 pm. Meetings are held at the Deerfield Town Hall and the public are welcome to attend.
A second monthly Board of Trustees Meeting will be held the fourth Monday of the month on an as-needed basis. Need is determined at the first monthly meeting. These meeting will be held at the Deerfield Town Hall at 6:00 pm.

There will be a Public Hearing at the June 9th, 2025 Board of Trustees Meeting. The hearing is regarding an appeal of termination of a Deerfield Fire Department employee.
There will be a second meeting of the month in June on the 23rd, 2025. This will be a special meeting to hear a presentation about the proposed Southeast Fire District. No other business will be discussed at this time. The public is encouraged to attend and are welcome to ask questions.
