Fuel Station Update
A message from the attorney of the enterprise building the fuel station for our community.
“Rakesh’s counsel Attorney Tribby has asked that I share this site plan with you, and to extend an apology for how slowly things have been moving on the fuel station; much of the delay has been COVID and contractor related. They are moving forward, however. He also wanted me to let you know that they will keep the trustees apprised with drawings and other materials as they become available”
Last update the trustees have received is that they hope to break ground by the end of July. I will make more updates available as I receive them.

I have spoken to Attorney Tribby today who informs me that additional delays have occurred with survey personnel and supply chain issues causing further delay in the ground breaking for the fuel station. Mr. Tribby advises that it still the full intention of his client that the fuel station will be build as soon as possible and that they are looking forward to serving our community. I will update with more information as it becomes available.
